Where is my package?

If you would like to track your package, you can do so using a Track & Trace code on the DHL website. You can find the code in the email you receive from us once the package has left our distribution center, or click on "My Hunkemöller."

You have 14 days to pick up your package from the store and/or a DHL Packstation. After that, your order will be canceled and returned to our distribution center. It may take up to 10 days for you to receive your refund via the payment method used. If you paid in-store, you will receive an 

email with instructions.
